If your tower has verified pricing, you see it instantly in the Building Finder with your unit number. If your building is not on the verified list yet, request a review and a person replies, usually the same day.
Do you work within my building's rules?
Yes. We schedule around freight elevators, quiet hours, and certificate of insurance requirements before we arrive.
What does Preppy clean?
Balcony glass, interior and exterior windows where access allows, post-construction cleanup, and storefront and commercial glass. Building programs are available for entire towers.
How do I pay?
We confirm scheduling and pricing with you directly, and accept secure approved payment methods where available. There is no obligation to get a quote.
Do you serve storefronts and restaurants?
