Are you insured?

Yes. General liability and workers' comp on file. COI on request.

Can you work in high-rise buildings?

We work with building management routinely. We handle COIs, service-elevator coordination, and resident scheduling.

How does line-based pricing work?

Balcony glass is priced by line and unit type. The quote engine returns the exact number for your building and unit.

Do you clean interior glass too?

Yes. Balcony glass detailing covers interior glass, exterior glass, frames, tracks, drainage channels, and the hardware that keeps the system functional.

Do you handle painting quotes?

Yes. Interior painting quotes include premium prep, premium-grade paint, dust control, drop cloths, hardware management, and a final walkthrough.

How do I book?

Run the quote engine for a real number, then approve the quote. Most balcony glass jobs schedule within 7 days. Interior projects schedule within 14 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card or ACH after the job. No deposit on standard balcony glass jobs.

What if my building requires a COI?

We provide certificates of insurance routinely. Send the building requirement when you request the quote.
